Mrs. Aimee Thompson came to St. Ann’s Kindergarten class in 2002. She started her love for education by working at the YMCA when she was just 16 and stayed for six years as a Director through college. Miss Mitchell graduated from Florida Southern College with a BA in Education and is certified in Florida in Elementary Education. She is a member of the Council Advisor Board at FGCU for her sorority. A graduate of St. John Neumann, Mrs. Thompson gives back to the community with her service in sports as varsity girls’ basketball coach. She also runs the St. Ann Store and is the chairperson for the school wide K4J – Kids for Jesus.

Mrs. Karon Paisan began teaching at St. Ann’s in 2001 as resource, middle school math, and Kindergarten teacher. Her present position is Kindergarten teacher. Mrs. Paisan received her BBA from James Madison University in Virginia. She holds teaching certifications in Elementary Education (K-3) and Math (5-9). Mrs. Paisan is the mother of three, one of whom is a St. Ann graduate. She is currently working in postgraduate work at FGCU.

Ms. Randall is our 4th grade teacher. She recently relocated from North East Ohio and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Hiram College with a degree in Elementary Education. Ms. Randall previously taught first grade at St. Helen School in Newbury, Ohio for two and a half years.

Mrs. Sue Chlebek joined the St. Ann faculty in 2012 as a fourth grade teacher. Sue earned a B.A. in Elementary Education from Western MIU in Kalamazoo, MI and her M.A. in Elementary Education from the University of Miami. Certified in Florida, Sue also earned Gifted and ESOL certification endorsements. Sue taught in Collier County Public Schools for over 23 years and in St. Pius X Catholic School in Grandville, MI. Sue specializes in certification trainings, Spaulding phonics, Balanced Literacy, Seven Traits Writing, and Thinking Maps.

Mrs. Rosaleen LeClair has joined our faculty as the new elementary resource/gifted teacher. Mrs. LeClair is a Florida certified teacher with many years of experience in the Collier County schools in both the elementary and middle school level. She previously taught at Seacrest Country Day School, and most recently at Community School of Naples. Mrs. LeClair graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from the University of South Florida.

Mrs. Victoria Latavish began her teaching at St. Ann’s in 1993 as an elementary teacher. She has taught first, second, third, grades and is presently teaching fifth grade. She earned a BA degree from USF and was nominated for the Golden Halo award in 2007. Mrs. Latavish is also the MCA Missionary Childhood Association coordinator. She has a daughter who is currently attending St. Ann’s. Mrs. Latavish is certified in Florida in Elementary Education.

Mrs. Michelle Marks –We welcome Mrs. Marks as our Gifted/Resource Teacher. She has been teaching for 18 years and has just relocated with her family to Naples from New Jersey. She has taught grades K, 1, 2 and for the past 12 years has been a Gifted and Talented and Accelerated Math teacher for grades 4 and 5. She has a BA from the University of Delaware and a Master’s Degree in Educational Technology from Montclair State University. Mrs. Marks is a NASA Explorer School Educator and has even flown their Zero-G Aircraft. She and her family are looking forward to being part of the Saint Ann Catholic School community.
