WELCOME TO THE SAINT ANN SCHOOL REGISTRATION SYSTEM 2010-2011

This system will allow you to register your student at St. Ann School for the next academic year. This program will lead you through the steps for re-enrolling your child to the next grade level and will give you the opportunity to add a new student from your family that has become of school age.  If this is the first time your child will be entering St. Ann School, the program will guide you as well through the necessary steps.

GENERAL TUITION INFORMATION:

• Full time tuition is $8900

• Half time tuition is available only for PreK3 and PreK4 classes

• PreK4 students only may qualify for VPK – requires a separate application

• Catholic parish scholarship is available – requires a FACTS Grant and Aid Assessment application and income tax documents

• Financial tuition aid is available – also requires a FACTS Grant and Aid Assessment application and income tax documents

• Installment payments are available for 2, 4 or 10 month intervals through FACTS Tuition Management

• Support and capital assessment fees are $900 per student. This year St. Ann School Foundation will contribute $400 toward this fee resulting in a net fee of $500 per child

• For students in eighth grade, a graduation fee of $100 will also be assessed

• For only new students there is a application fee of $100 for each enrollment

DOCUMENTS FOR FIRST TIME APPLICANTS: 

Once you have applied on-line, please send to the admissions department the following items:  (Acceptance to the school cannot be offered until all of the requested documents have been submitted)

• Copy of all previous school records, reports and assessments

• Letter of recommendation from one of the student’s previous teachers

• Copy of your child’s birth certificate

• Copy of your child’s baptismal certificate

• Copy of the medical insurance card that covers your child

• Original (yellow form) State of Florida school physical entry form

• Original (blue form) Florida Department of Health immunization record

• Schedule a placement test for students in grades K-8
