Pamela Macia
Executive Director
Pamela Macia has been with the Saint Ann School Foundation since 2007. Her three children, Anne Marie, Amanda, and Alberto, are all graduates of Saint Ann School. Pamela holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, Major in Marketing, from the University of Miami.
Before joining the Saint Ann School Foundation, Pamela was an Account Executive at McGuire Co. in Miami, where she managed the advertising and marketing accounts of exclusive real estate developments such as Fisher Island Club and Ocean Club in Miami, Tucker's Point in Bermuda, and PGA West in California.
Pamela moved to Naples with husband Alberto from Key Biscayne, Florida, and spends her time with her family, volunteers at Saint John Neumann High School, Saint Ann Church, and visits her children in college at Cornell University, University of Florida, and Florida State University Law School.

Michael Buskirk
Principal
Mr. Buskirk is the Principal of Saint Ann Catholic School, joining the faith community in 2019-2020. Most recently, Mr. Buskirk lived in Missouri for seven years where he worked for the Diocese of Jefferson City as a Math teacher and Principal. He grew up in southwest Philadelphia, attended West Catholic High School, and the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and Science where he received a bachelor’s degree in Biology with a teacher certificate. While in Missouri Mr. Buskirk obtained a master’s and specialist degree in Education Leadership with Superintendent certification from the University of Missouri. He has achieved many accolades over the years most notably the Jacksonville Suns outstanding teacher award, and his previous school St. Francis Xavier was named best school in Jefferson City two years in a row under his leadership.
