MRS. KIM MCQUEEN
MIDDLE SCHOOL SOCIAL STUDIES
Mrs. McQueen studied at the University of Mississippi and Crichton College receiving her BA degree in Elementary Education with a concentration in Social Studies and English. Mrs. McQueen is licensed in Tennessee to teach all subjects K - 8, and taught American History, Geography, Language Arts, Literature and Religion for 10 years at St. Francis Catholic School in Cordova, TN. She received her Florida certification in 5-9 Language Arts and 5-9 Social Sciences. She joined the Saint Ann Community in 2015 and teaches Middle School Social Studies and 7th grade Religion.
MRS. SYLVIA PACHECO
MIDDLE SCHOOL RELIGION
Mrs. Pacheco began her career at St. Ann in 2017. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Nova Southeastern University and has Florida certification in PreK/Primary Education Age 3 - Grade 3, Elementary Education Grades K-6, Media Specialist, and has ESOL endorsement. She has also completed Orton-Gillingham Classroom Educator training. Mrs. Pacheco is looking forward to teaching Middle School Religion this year and helping her students nurture their faith.
MR. NICHOLAS MUSICCO
MIDDLE SCHOOL SCIENCE
Mr. Musicco holds a B.A. in Public Health from Queen's University and a M. Ed from the University of Notre Dame. He taught 5th grade at Saint Rita Catholic School in Fort Worth, Texas for two years. He has been blessed to live in three different countries (US, Canada, and England). Nicholas is incredibly excited to join the Saint Ann School Community.
MRS. KAREN PETITT
MIDDLE SCHOOL LANGUAGE ARTS
Mrs. Karen Petitt taught Middle School ELA for 25 years in NJ. She earned her B.A. in History from Rowan University and M.A. in Teaching Reading from Nova University. Before moving to Naples, she obtained her Florida Middle School ELA certification, and is looking forward to joining the Saint Ann’s family. In her free time, Mrs. Petitt enjoys spending time with her family, reading, traveling, and playing golf. Mrs. Petitt will be teaching Middle School Language Arts.
MS. AMANDA HYDRO
MIDDLE SCHOOL LANGUAGE ARTS
Amanda has recently moved to Naples from the Poconos in Pennsylvania. While there, she taught a variety of English classes to students in grades 6-12 for a total of twenty years. As for her own education, Amanda earned a BA in English/Secondary Education from DeSales University, and an MS in Education from Wilkes University. In her free time, Amanda enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cooking, walking with her dog, riding her bike, and learning to play golf.
MRS. ARIEL KELLN
MIDDLE SCHOOL MATH TEACHER
Mrs. Kelln graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in Special Education (K-12) and Elementary Education (K-8). She taught Elementary and Middle School resource classes prior to traveling the world as a flight attendant the past six years. She is originally from Michigan and has lived in Chicago, Illinois as well as Dallas, Texas and Austin, Texas. She is excited to now reside in beautiful Naples near family. Mrs. Kelln has a passion for teaching and inspiring children through her energetic and positive attitude in the classroom. She is a blessed wife and mother, who enjoys spending free time with her family at the beach, as well as traveling, and dance fitness classes. She is very happy to be a part of the Saint Ann community!
