SR. MAUREEN CARROLL, MSC
GR. 2 RELIGION/INSTRUCTIONAL AIDE
Sister Maureen Carroll is a Missionary Sister of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus. She received her B.S. degree in Elementary Education from Cabrini College in Radnor, PA. Sister has been a teacher for grades 1 to 4 in Catholic schools in Pennsylvania, Georgia, Illinois and Florida. Sister Maureen is a Support Teacher and teaches 2nd grade Religion. Her greatest joy is to lead the children to Jesus through the sacraments of Reconciliation and Holy Eucharist. Sister has been teaching at St. Ann School since 1989. Sister Maureen is a member of the National Catholic Educational Association.
MS. MIRANDA HANDAPANGODA
INSTRUCTIONAL AIDE
Ms. Miranda Handapangoda joined St. Ann in 2021 as a PK-4 Teacher Aide. She holds an Associate Degree in General Education from Florida Southwestern State Collage and she currently working on her Bachelors of Elementary Education at Grand Canyon University to become an Elementary School Teacher. She also holds National CDA credentials in Preschool category and has completed Florida Child Care Professional Credential (FCCPC). Her career began in 2015 as Preschool Teacher and has taught children between 2-3 years old. She has won Apple Blossom Teacher of the year award in infant/toddler category in 2019.
MRS. STELLA LEON
INSTRUCTIONAL AIDE
Mrs. Leon is an instructional aide at St. Ann School, beginning her work in 1999. She is certified as an Early Childhood instructional aide and completed coursework as a special needs aide and in preschool best practices.
She has extensive experience in childcare and is bilingual in Spanish and English.
MRS. TAMMY QUERCETTI
INSTRUCTIONAL AIDE
Mrs. Quercetti is an instructional aide for the Kindergarten classes. She graduated in 1996 with a B.S. in Behavioral Science. Mrs. Quercetti attended a Catholic School from First Grade through her Senior year. Her daughter attends Saint Ann School. Her family has two cats and a Golden Retriever named Marlin. Her favorite things to do on weekend or boating and fishing.
MRS. SUSAN O'CONNOR
INSTRUCTIONAL AIDE
Mrs. Susan O'Connor began working at Saint Ann School in October 2021 after relocating to Naples from Long Island, NY where she taught PK3 and Kindergarten at a private school for over 25 years. Mrs. O'Connor has a Bs in Early Childhood Education from Adelphi University in New York. In her free time, she enjoys exploring all the beautiful beaches in Naples, walking, bike rides and spending time with her two daughters when they visit. She loves being part of the Saint Ann Community and is looking forward to another wonderful year!
MRS. MONICA RODDY
INSTRUCTIONAL AIDE
Mrs. Monica Roddy joined the Saint Ann's Staff in 2021 as a Teacher's Assistant. She has 18 years’ experience as a Teacher's Assistant. Her first 15 years were in the Mayfield City Schools in Cleveland, Ohio and most recently, three years with Collier County Schools working as an ESE assistant.
